Beşiktaş will face Ankaragücü away from home after the international break and Abdullah Avcı wants to make sure he gets the win to start his first winning streak of the season. Black Eagles manager has already started to make up his mind about the players to pick.

As Mohamed Elneny has served his suspension, Avcı will make some changes in the midfield, as well as some minor tactical tinkering too. He’s also hoping that the players will pick no injuries up while playing for their national teams.

Avcı is thinking forming the double pivot with Elneny and Atiba, with Ljajic playing in front of the duo. As the likes of Özyakup, Toköz and N’Koudou are injured or may not be fully ready, he’ll be forced to make some other changes as he will be replacing these players.

Beşiktaş boss is considering to start Diaby as the Malian attacker performed well against Alanyaspor, scoring a goal. Satisfied with his chemistry with first-choice striker Burak Yılmaz, Avcı wants make sure that the duo will be the key focus in attacks. Jeremain Lens is also expected to start against Ankaragücü, as the Dutch international has been impressive lately.

Avcı’s final choice for the starting eleven will be finalised after the international break.
